Blizzard President Steps Down

Mike Morhaime Blizzard Co-Founder and President is stepping down and handing over responsibilities to World of Warcraft’s Production Director. Morhaime will continue to be an advisor to Blizzard but will leave the fate of the company into the hands of his “Friend, Colleague, Trusted advisor, and longtime steward of World of Warcraft, J. Allen Brack” stated in a message to the the community. Morhaime’s successor J. Allen Brack has been with Blizzard for 12 years starting out as a a senior producer in charge of content for World of Warcraft’s first expansion The Burning Crusade. Working diligently Brack; before this recent promotion, was Production Director for World of Warcraft and Vice President for Blizzard Entertainment.
