California sued over States Net Neutrality Laws

After California State legislators passed the strongest Net Neutrality laws in America the Department of Justice filed suit two hours after the bill was signed into law. Attorney General Jeff Sessions stated that this law violates the the constitution because the federal government has jurisdiction to regulate interstate commerce; the states do not. This law also saw scrutiny from the FCC Chairman Ajit Pai with him calling the law “illegal, radical and anti-consumer.”
