ESA Pushes Back Against DMCA Exemption for Online Games

We recently reported on the Museum of Art and Digital Entertainment’s move to ask for a DMCA exemption for online games. The Entertainment Software Association has come out in opposition of the request. The U.S. Copyright Office has agreed to hear comments from both the MADE and the ESA.
