Flight Simulator Dev Apologizes for Password Stealing Tool

A developer for a flight simulator add-on had to apologize for putting malware on possibly thousands of computers. The company, FlightSimLabs or FSLabs, included a Chrome password dump tool in their installer. They claim it is part of the program’s DRM and will only take effect if the serial number used to activate the program has been flagged beforehand. Nevertheless, people were rightfully pissed.
