Riot Games Hit with Potential Class-action Lawsuit

As reported by Kotaku two former employees of Riot Games, Melanie McCracken and Jessica Negron, are taking legal action against Riot Games for violating the California Equal Pay Act, gender-based discrimination and sexually hostile work environment. This lawsuit comes three months after Riot had issued statements about course correcting this behavior in August. The Plaintiffs are seeking compensation of unpaid wages, damages and penalties for breaking the law.
